Many of you have heard that we moved our wedding up. Early in March, we found out that Joshua would be deploying to Iraq in late August. Needless to say, this caused us to reevaluate our plans to hold our wedding in early July, which would leave us with about a month to be married before Joshua left for pre-deployment training. We'd decided before we got engaged that the most important thing we will have in this life is our marriage. Thus, we came to the decision to hold a small wedding immediately and move Joni out to Montana for the remainder of the semester. This decision gives us time to get our marriage off the ground before Joshua leaves. We recognize that we will need each other's support very much through these next few months, and while the adjustments such as a sudden move, rearranging our school schedule, etc will be very difficult, we understand this to be the direction God has planned for our life. We ask for your continued prayers and support as we face the next several months during and surrounding Joshua's term of duty overseas.

We were married March the 19th, 2010 in Joplin, Missouri
